Destressing (is that a real word?)
I am currently in the process of destressing. It's been a long week...full of twists & turns...ups & downs. I am mentally & physically tired....so I will post more soon. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Umm, I have heard of destressed jeans, but a destressed nurse? Never
As long as it involves relaxing, than destressing can totally be a word!
