Oh...UPDATE on PICC line

Didn't want to leave you hanging...I have an update on my patient from last week that pulled part of her PICC line out.  The chest x-ray showed that it was still in a good location & the day nurse was able to get blood return out of it....so it was still good.  The patient, however, was getting more sick by the day & they eventually transferred to another hospital that could hopefully treat her condition better.
