I just knew
I started looking in the obituaries yesterday...it's something us nurses do to see if we recognize any names. I just knew my patient from Monday night would be in there...and he was. He passed away on Tuesday, July 4th. I don't know if it was during the day or at night. I hope his family was at bedside or the nurse or someone. No one should have to die alone.
